Loved your step-by-step photos (not that I don’t like your writing!!). Your cake turned out beautifully. The chocolate puddles DO taste like choc jello (I think, anyway, because I don’t eat jello). Glad you liked it and had enough to share with (some of) your coworkers. How about, if I give you a piece of cake, you go home early so you can’t write up any more bugs? ) Btw, I made this into a layer cake and filled it with a white choc mousse. Delicious!! Check it out.

Love your post… and I so can relate to the emailing at work… I did not bring mine to work.. since we finished it last night. It was a huge hit with my family and neighboor and like you said, small cake – less to go around.
